STURGIS, S.D. – The Meade County Sheriff’s Office says an 18-year-old man who escaped custody earlier Tuesday has been apprehended. Law enforcement says 18-year-old Caleb Richter was located before noon today. Chief Deputy James Johns says Richter was spotted by Sturgis Police in the 500 block of Lazelle Street.
